The stones turned out unbelievably beautiful. The crew was very responsive to our changes. I can't thank you enough for the excellent customer service.

First of all, the customer service is from another time, quick, caring and precise. The craftsmanship is above superb. The pictures do not do the final product justice! Simply outstanding. The turnaround time was unbelievably fast. I also placed a separate order for another item (doing that review next) before receiving the first order. The engraved rocks were a big hit with the grandkids and families. It gave us all something to hold, see, and a way to remember her life. She collected rocks on her travels around the country and displayed them proudly in her rock garden. The kids are pretending that your rocks are from her garden. The engraving was perfect on every rock and felt great under our fingers as we touched each word. Thank you so much for speeding up of our order so we'd have them at the service. I appreciate all that you did for our family.

These engraved rocks turned out better than I could’ve imagined. Mike took what I wanted and made it perfect. Quick, professional, and just what I wanted to commemorate the anniversary of my dear child’s passing. .

Mike communicated with me all the way through the process and I received the stones on time. This was for a wonderful young woman who dreamed of travelling, but her plans were cut short. At her wake, we placed these stones beside the guest book with a sign inviting mourners to place a stone in their garden or leave it somewhere special as they travel. I was pleased with the response. As for the stones, they easily fit in the palm of an adult hand, There were no chips in the carving and the words were legible. The colors are natural and the stones have been polished. My gratitude to Mike for his follow through and the quality of the work.
