    These stones work great as Worry Stones, useful in therapy with children, adolescents and adults with anxiety problems. But personalization is best, especially with the smaller and shinier stones (which work best as worry stones) I have given most away already to children and collegues, keeping the biggest one on my desk as a paperweight.

    The Sample Pack provided me with an affordable option to help people begin their journey of recovery. I provided one stone to each woman as a symbolic gesture of the "rock she needs drop" in order to stay sober.
